Hurvinek on the stage /Hurvinek na scene/ is a Czech feature length documentary film – base on recording of a theater play in 3D stereoscopic format.
Spejbl and Hurvinek /s-payble & hoor-vee-neck/ is a Czech puppet/marionettes comedy duo, created by Czech artist Josef Skupa in 1920. Spejbl and Hurvinek have been adored by everyone in the Czech Republic and many other countries for more than 90 years.
The idea of the project was to bring the original theater play for kids up to 7 years old to cinemas in a new 3D stereoscopic projection for the first time. This film is the first part of project Harvie – feature CG animated film.
